Sugarbaddies World is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe community for all verified users and performers.

1. Respect and Dignity

All users and performers are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, discriminatory behavior, or any form of abuse directed at individuals or groups based on age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.

  • Engage respectfully in all interactions
  • Refrain from discriminatory language or behavior
  • Report instances of harassment or abuse to our moderation team

2. Privacy and Consent

Privacy is paramount. Users and performers must consent to all interactions. Recording, screenshotting, or sharing content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited and subject to account termination and legal action.

  • Always obtain explicit consent before recording or capturing content
  • Never share personal information without permission
  • Respect the privacy boundaries set by other users and performers
  • Do not distribute content outside the platform

3. Content Standards

All content must comply with legal standards and Sugarbaddies World's content policy. Users and performers are responsible for the content they create and share on the platform.

  • Content must not involve illegal activities
  • Content must not depict minors or minor-like representations
  • Content must not involve non-consensual activities or scenarios
  • All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Performer Standards

Performers are held to high standards of professionalism and compliance. As verified performers on our platform, you agree to:

  • Maintain age verification compliance at all times
  • Honor scheduled appointments and commitments
  • Communicate clearly with clients about availability and services
  • Respect client boundaries and requests
  • Maintain professional conduct during all interactions

5. User Standards

All users are expected to behave respectfully toward performers and fellow users. This includes:

  • Treating performers with respect and professionalism
  • Honoring agreed-upon appointments and commitments
  • Following performer boundaries and requests
  • Not pressuring or coercing performers
  • Tipping fairly for services rendered

6. Financial Conduct

All financial transactions on Sugarbaddies World must be conducted honestly and transparently. Fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes initiated without valid cause will result in account termination.

  • Pay for services and tips from legitimate funding sources
  • Do not dispute legitimate transactions
  • Tips and payments are non-refundable
  • Maintain accurate account information for withdrawals

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
  • Discrimination or hate speech
  • Spam or unsolicited promotions
  • Attempt to circumvent age verification
  • Sharing personal information without consent
  • Recording or distributing content without permission
  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback disputes
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts
  • Impersonation of other users or performers
  • Any illegal activity

8. Enforcement

Sugarbaddies World takes violations of this Code of Conduct seriously. Violations may result in:

  • Formal warning
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Forfeiture of B5B balance
  • Referral to law enforcement for illegal activities

Report a Violation

If you witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to our moderation team. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
